Our buying trips program will take clients to the largest and the most popular wholesale market (exhibit by factory's owner around China) in the World. Where not many buying agents or trading house willing to show you their secret sourcing place. Our program is designed to increase transparency which allowed each client to be independent in their buying decision, choice of supplier, fully functional and feel confident in the China environment. Each client will learn every aspect of direct import export procedures and official protocol, as well as learning special insider import export strategies that took years to develop.

Our buying trips program are open to all big or small entrepreneur, retailer, wholesaler,  restaurateurs, hotelier, interior designer, architects, property's developer & project contractors, who are interested into saving more money by import direct from China. When you join our buying trip, we will disclose to you where to buy & show you how to buy, at what quality & prices you should pay for. We will show you how to source for American or European or Asian style furniture and decorator accessories at the right place, right supplier, right quality & right price. Following are the market that you can choose from:

Buying trip package for 6 days

*If you do not need our hotel and meal arrangement but would like to join more than 2 wholesale market destinations during the trip then choose Plan A (buying trip package) which cost USD1,200 and ADD USD350 per additional wholesale market destination.

* Price quoted are base on per person basis in US dollar. However, as our registered member you are allow to invite one of your business associate or partner to join you as a guest for FREE  but staying in same twin sharing room & under the same package. If your guest need a separate hotel room (accommodation) or there are more than 2 person, you're required to pay extra USD100 to USD160 (depend on package taken) per person per day under the same buying trip package & period.

*For longer buying trip period request (more than 6days), you will be charge accordingly to your buying trip package divided by 6 days. Example: If your buying trip package cost USD 1,200 /6days, which mean you need to pay USD200 per extra day.

*For shorter trip period (less than 5 nights / 6days), you need to pay slightly higher, you will be charge accordingly to your buying trip package divided by 6 days PLUS another 5%. Example: If your buying trip package cost USD 1,200 /6days, which mean you need to pay USD200 + 5% = USD210 per day.

*All package cost are Not inclusive of airfare, China visa, any tradeshow or exhibition entry fees & others.

*Uguide.org provides a structured 5 Nights 6Days  ( Example: If you arriving on Sunday and leaving on the following Saturday) - (except Public Holiday, Labor Day and China National Holidays).

*All clients must have a valid passport and China visa to participate our buying trip program. A single or double entries visa is usually valid for entry within 3 month from the date of issue and will permit you to stay in China for a maximum of 30 days. Single or double entry visa requires a passport valid for at least 6 months and a blank visa page at least. Applicants should come in person or through a third party (e.g. travel agencies) to apply for the Chinese visa from Chinese Embassy / Chinese Consulates. Please allow 5 to 12 days for visa application approvals.

Confirmation

Please book your China Buying Trip / Tour at least 30 days before your arrival date, especially for the peak season of China exhibition in March, April, August and October. A 50% deposit of the buying trip cost per person is required to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us. The balance is to be paid in full on the first day of the buying trip. For last minute booking, please feel free to contact us for your buying trip arrangement.

If you're introduced by one of our independent sales representative please includes their name in your buying trip form. Please remit your 50% deposit direct to Uguide.org 's bank account as all our agent are not allow to make money collection on behalf of Uguide.org.

Once we received your payment we will e-mail to confirm the trip and for further arrangement.

Cancellation & Change of date (transfer)

Cancellations/transfers must be made in writing and are effective upon date received.

Deposits are Non-Refundable but may be applied / transfer to another trip (minus $100 service charge).  The transferred deposit/trip charge must be utilized within 180 days, after which the deposit/trip charge will be forfeited.
